Voka ondersteunt ondernemers in al hun levensfases om sterkere ondernemingen te creëren die de economische welvaart verzekeren.Binnen Voka maakte ik enerzijds deel uit van het Jong Voka team, een community voor de jonge bedrijven waarbij we door middel van netwerking, content en coaching de bedrijven ondersteunen. Enkele bekende concepten zijn Breakfast Club, Stamgasten en onze jaarlijkse Europese missie. Anderzijds faciliteerde ik groepen van meer ervaren ondernemers bij Plato. Ongeacht de fase van onder ondernemer stelt Voka steeds de noden van de ondernemer centraal in de dienstverlening.Binnen Jong Voka stond ik voornamelijk in voor het BRight en YOung (Bryo) traject voor beloftevolle startups.Dit hield in: het promoten van het Bryo merk (online en offline) selecteren van de Bryos, het individueel en collectief coachen van de Bryos en hun matchmaken met ervaren ondernemers en partners. Bryo is met andere woorden een vraaggericht traject voor én door ondernemers waar kruisbestuiving en ervaringsdeling centraal staan.
