Director Of Marketing Operations
Current- Manage global marketing operations for an economic consulting firm of more than 500 professionals in 25 offices in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific; NERA is a subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies (NYSE: MMC).- Supervise a team of seven staff in three offices encompassing functions such as contact relationship management (CRM), marketing automation, email, website, events planning, graphic design, and editorial functions, in addition to managing related vendor and consultant relationships. - Manage daily marketing operations project intake and fulfillment using Workfront platform. - Collaborate with practice chairs, senior consulting staff, and business development managers to craft and execute marketing strategies and initiatives.- Advise firm leadership on crisis communications, change management, and other external and internal communications.- Manage technology projects such as website launches and software platform implementations.- Develop and lead training programs for global consulting and administrative staff, designed to maximize user adoption of new and existing marketing tools. - Spearhead Salesforce CRM implementation and expansion of CRM to global consulting and business development staff; manage ongoing CRM upgrades and integrations. - Oversee marketing automation and email marketing campaigns using Pardot, including mailing list development; compliance with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, CCPA and other domestic and international data privacy laws and regulations; and metrics analysis.- Supervise the planning of global events and conferences using systems such as Cvent. - Monitor brand consistency in editorial style and graphic design.- Supervise the development, maintenance, and evaluation of the firm’s websites. - Collaborate with other professional support departments on firm-wide initiatives.
