Being apart of this company includes uplifting, empowering, validating and ultimately building self-esteem in women around the world. I advertise the donation that every purchase goes towards to help sexually abused women and children to heal and cope. I positively market my product and business with everything I do and set strict and challenging sales goals and reach them within an amount of time. Along with that, I set punctual calendars on who to introduce the product to and set follow up appointments to communicate personal results. I also advertise the products and beauty tips on all my forms of social media: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram.

I work in a very upbeat, outgoing atmosphere at Hagemeister Park. It is located downtown and is the place to be for Packer and Badger games where I work in a high paced environment and manage stress while working attentively with customers and collaborate with coworkers. I transition from an outgoing atmosphere in a bar, restaurant, and private event type setting.

I plan commercial displays and place promotional and descriptive signs. Change, rotate, construct, and assemble displays, as well as, developing ideas or plans for merchandise while collaborating with others to obtain product.

I followed corporate rules and regulations strictly and effectively while fulfilling store goals and personal goals. I had the experience to organize luncheons for the Green Bay Packers, their personnel, and Lambeau's Staff. I also served as a member on the training team and coached new employees the rules, regulations, and serving etiquette.

At Bellin I was a part of the great team that put the Women's Half Marathon together in October 2016. I had many responsibilities throughout my experience. I was a part of the support team that encouraged and empowered women of all kinds to run their own race. I also worked attentively with their social media pages covering every step of the way from the training runs to actual race day. I was also a part of the team that built the variety of vendors at the running expo, as well as, filling of the virtual race bags and the goody race bags given on race day. I brainstormed local businesses that would make sense and fit the audience with the race and I gave my pitch on the benefits of being apart of the huge event in Northeast Wisconsin. I had the privilege to work with they keynote speaker for the half marathon, Sarah Reinertsen. She is an Ironman triathlete, Paralympian, author, motivational speaker, mentor, spokesperson and amazing racer.I have had great experience in event planning and social media with this opportunity and I have enjoyed each and every part of what my internship included.

I used solid judgement and decision making skills when working through problems. I prioritized workload and tolerated stress while paying attention to detail. I used excellent, professional written and verbal communications skills with a wide range of trucking individuals while providing enthusiastic back up support for team members. I also had some experience with negotiating rates on loads with drivers and dispatchers. Overall I solved urgent problems in a timely manner with limited sources.
