Successfully Managed the completion of a full building renovation, liaising onsite with Architects, Builders and Trades. Implemented computerised operating systems, including Lightspeed POS and Preno Accommodation Management software to re-open and efficiently run the Pub and Hotel which is in Western Australia’s Goldfields Region.My previously held Finance & Operational roles, where I honed my analytical skills and financial acumen, were a large part of the success of this Project which had me diving into the Hospitality Industry, which I had no previous experience.
