In this role I am working across 6 clinics in the administration team to assist practitioners with booking and contacting clients. Working alongside both the administration team and liaising with practitioners, I am able to communicate efficiently and be a reliable point of contact. I am mastering phone etiquette by taking multiple phone calls a day assisting clients with their bookings, enquires and accounts. Time management skills are able to be further developed by being able to complete each task load for the day, whilst also assisting clients with their needs.During my employment here I am developing my skills in conflict resolution and diffusing difficult situations.

Staff management of 4 staff members 4 times a week during closing procedures to ensure an efficient close that adheres to health and safety regulations. Over the course of my employment I have gained more responsibilities and supervised training 15 new staff which assisted in my leadership development. I have learnt effective communication skills with not only needing to communicate with co-workers, but also with customers which has increased my customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction. Through my leadership development, I have been able to allocate tasks and jobs to co-workers during a shift to increase task management skills, and learning deescalation skills if there is an altercation with a customer to further increase customer satisfaction.

Created and published 3 social media content videos a week on TikTok for an entertainment company to showcase their events and promote them to people to increase attendance. This has increased my experience on digital creations and social media marketing on the TikTok platform. I have analysed video analytics to assess changes to be made to reach a wider audience. Through this job I have also increased my communication skills by communicating with at least 50 people at each event. In doing so, I gathered information which I then reviewed to see what changes needed to be made. I have also had to learn effective ways to promote the events on social media to make them appeal to and reach a large audience and influence people to come to them.

Drafted and formulated 2 COVID-19 Safety Plans for the 3 events that were organised.
