My primary responsibility was to lead on the development of Green Park's assessment solutions. Drawing on the business' expertise and experience in diversity and inclusion, I established the firm’s assessment proposition, including the design of an inclusive leadership framework and the subsequent development of a 360-feedback tool and a psychometric.

Working within the Leadership and Talent Consultancy, I redesigned and led the Executive Profiling service for GatenbySanderson. Working closely with my colleagues in Executive Search and directly with clients, I advised on the best practice usage of psychometrics and other behavioural assessment tools as part of recruitment processes for Chief Executive and Director level roles across the public sector. Beyond leading the Executive Profiling service, my time was split between business development and delivery of broader talent management projects including; the design and delivery of assessment and development centres, interview design, feedback and development planning and high potential identification. I also managed the analysis of GatenbySanderson's psychometric data, contributing to benchmarking and thought leadership.

As a Consultant within the Assessment team at LHH Penna, I supported a wide range of client project delivery including; promotion process redesign, competency-based interview design, composite reporting on cohort strength and development themes, psychometric validation interviews as part of senior recruitment/ promotion processes, development centre design and delivery, job analysis, 360 degree feedback sessions and development action planning.

As part of the Assessment team at LHH Penna, the purpose of my role was to work within a team of Occupational Psychologists to provide assessment design and delivery support to a broad range of talent development projects including; undertaking research to underpin the design of assessment tools and solutions, supporting proposal writing and other business development activity, client delivery support, end of project analysis and competency-based interview design.

Working within Penna Recruitment Solutions’ Bid function, my primary focus was on the management of public sector executive search bids, whilst also providing research support to non-bid business development opportunities.

The Penna graduate scheme involved six month placements in each of the three Penna business areas; the Talent Practice, Career Services and Recruitment Solutions.
