Selected and contracted a suitable ground handler and negotiated best hotel contracts for target customer market. Secured marketing funding from the Ministry of Tourism and developed relationships with airlines enabling multiple Fam Trips to the destination. Sales grew exponentially year over year contributing profit directly to the bottom line.-Managed the merger of individual source market contracts within TUI to a central group purchasing system for the Caribbean.
