Leading Microsoft’s philanthropic efforts to support digital skills and career pathways in the UK. Development and oversight of partnerships and programmes with leading charities, customers, business partners, and governments, to create inclusive access to opportunities in the digital economy. As part of a cross-business team deeply engaged in digital skills work, I advise on digital skills policy, priorities, investments, and communications. I also represent Microsoft in cross-sector forums to grow the UK's Digital Skills.

Led the UK Corporate Affairs team of 6 people, covering a 12 month maternity leave. A broad brief with increased responsibility including line management of government affairs and responsible business professionals, oversight of retained agencies, and operating budgets.

Responsible for Microsoft's youth-focused digital skills and computer science education partnerships and investments in the UK. Project conception, partnership development and delivery accountability, to achieve social impact and policy goals. Strategic oversight of Microsoft's external apprenticeship programme. Leading and coaching large teams of placement-year students delivering social impact projects.

Microsoft has supported AbilityNet since 1998. I first became involved in their work in 2001, and was delighted to have the opportunity to take on the corporate trustee role for Microsoft in 2011.
