Despite trying to stick to one thing I love variety in my work and so get involved in a few pies...but the theme of all of my work is about trying to do more good for people and planet and improving personal and collective wellbeing. Hence the Do Good and Do Well bit.There are three main parts to my work:ONEI work with founders, leaders and freelancers that are looking to grow their social impact and are unapologetically on a mission to make the world a better place. I do this using coaching to help them get focused on their mission, get results and ensure that they're not breaking themselves in the process. I draw on a number of approaches which include:- Positive Psychology- Existential Coaching - Thinking Environments- Transactional Analysis- Action Learning TWOI work with organisations to develop training and/or coaching programmes for their leaders, managers and teams. This has included working with an academy trust and providing coaching for their staff across 9 schools, as well as most recently The Marlowe and British Library. I often do this work in collaboration with other coaches and trainers and have a team of brilliant associates which means a choice of coach for coachees.THREEI am a huge fan of coaching and the power it can have for us individually and collectively. But there's some toxic stuff out there that says coaching on the tin but the contents resemble nothing like it. So, I'm on a mission to help train more people to coach with integrity and to interrogate their practice through supervision. I also help coaches to work out what their business might look like for them. I volunteer for EMCC UK. AND…Not forgetting I also have a podcast called Do Good and Do Well where I interview people doing good and we hear their stories about social impact, purpose and wellbeing. I have almost 20,000 downloads and hoping to cross that 20K milestone very soon! 🤞
