As a graduate Bioprocess Engineering student at University of Indonesia, I was focusing my study at bioprocess research group that develops green extraction of natural product. The whole learning process encouraged me to publish a final thesis about "The Effect of Fermentation Time and Sonication Temperatures on Extraction Process of Bitter Leaves (Andrographis Paniculata) Against Antidiabetic Activity through α-Glucosidase Enzyme Inhibition Test" that utilize Indonesia local plant as the research object. Particularly, I interested on pharmaceutical production process and quality management of pharmaceutical industry. Also, I have a growing interest on lean manufacturing, six-sigma, and project management. Departing from my vision "To Save More People Health" which embodied in the form of "Good Quality Product", I have denoted myself through working experience at one of the largest multinational pharmaceutical company. The experience challenges me to adapt at cross-cultural department and various working environment, that strengthen my interpersonal skill. Allowing me to always deliver high standard of working perfomance at each area. To reach self-actualization, I constantly seek any new proffesional challenges with a purpose to increase business perfomance by devoting my skills and experiences effectively. With some experiences doing improvement project, I believe it could be as an added value to enhance business needs.
