That's as much true of the fitness professionals and rowing trainers we coach to the everyday athletes of every age and stage that we work with around the world.Just as we believe that rowing is for every BODY, we also take a stand that strong bodies come in all ages, sizes, shapes, skin colors, sexual identities, and gender orientations. We actively pursue and support a community that represents ALL the colors of the rainbow. I am beyond proud to say that we have trained thousands of coaches and tens of thousands of athletes in the past 12+ years. I'm convinced that all of those skills come in handy when the goal is to get more people moving. My personal passion is to provide challenging AND safe workouts for people 50+ who work out to get their sweat on and maintain their active lifestyles.
