As a co-owner of this family business I am excited to help bring Bowling Green the first premium indoor pickleball facility with multiple courts, pickleball pro shop, individual instruction, leagues and tournaments. Players of all skill levels are welcome.

After focusing on my career for decades I looked back and realized that my kids had grown up while I was not looking! I decided that if I didn't take some time now to focus on them, my small window of opportunity would be gone and they would be teenagers asking me to leave them alone. My duties now include homework helper, common sense trainer, leadership skills coach and energetic basketball mom with a focus in home economics and culinary arts.I am looking forward to this time with my family for a few years before returning to the work force.

As a Senior Portfolio Manager I have overseen the management teams of several Silicon Valley communities. Being in real estate for over 17 years and managing a varying portfolio of 8,000+ units and 40+ team members has allowed me to develop a wide range of skills in asset/property management including new development, repositioning/redevelopment, investor relations, management operations, and personnel development.Future goal would be to invest in my own rental properties using the skills that I have developed throughout my career in property management.Specialties: Affordable compliance, acquisition rehab/value added properties, lease up research and management.

Supervised management of 7 communities in Santa Clara and San Jose.

Supervised a portfolio of 1,750 residential units in the San Francisco Bay area including new construction, renovation/repositioning properties and stabilized assets.

Supervised the San Jose region that consists of over 1,200 units in affordable, conventional, renovation and new lease-up properties.

I joined Fairfield Properties in 1998 in San Diego as a leasing agent, being brand new to the field of property management. I worked my way through every position on-site, from leasing agent, bookkeeper, assistant manager, and finally manager. I worked on six different communities for Fairfield ranging in size from 80-450 units. These sites included redevelopment projects, stabilized communities, condo conversions and lease up properties.
