I am currently acting as a freelance HR consultant/advisor and recruitment consultant on a variety of projects. I recently spent 4 months on a short term contract with the RCS Group as an HR Business Partner for their Operations Division. Until January 2012, I was the HR Manager for CrowdTech Holdings (incorporating www.evly.com and www.springleap.com) an internet crowdsourcing company based in Cape Town. My role focused around management, HR, recruitment, creating and implementing policies and procedures as well as driving the business forward. Prior to that, I worked as the HR Manager/Recruitment Manager for Grassroot Soccer, an NGO that provides education about HIV/Aids prevention via the use of soccer in the community. I worked on developing an HR department from scratch as well as heavily recruiting for the organisation across South Africa. I have over 10 years recruitment experience, and over 3 years HR Management experience.
