In particular, I took part and got involved in:- Coaching, 1-1 and in groups- Hypnosis - Meditation and silent meditation retreats- Self-benevolence training- Reiki- Yoga- Osteopathy- Social interactions- Discussions of reflectionI connected to deep desires and saw/unmasked blockages during my meditation retreats. I discovered coaching and saw how it enabled me to take action. I worked on my anxieties with hypnosis. I got pregnant.I have become a lot more confident in my abilities in general and now have sufficient mental space and energy to engage in a project that makes sense to me.Who am I?
