In my current role as the Director of Advocacy at SEON, I spearhead strategic communications initiatives and advocate for policy changes to address the housing crisis. I am actively developing partnerships and collaborating with stakeholders and legislators to drive meaningful change. Previously, I led a website redesign, revitalized our newsletter, and managed stakeholder communications for a crucial $9.9M grant application. I also developed and managed key partnerships, oversaw social media branding and engagement efforts, and created infographics and other important visuals to support membership growth and building science training marketing. This work demanded a keen understanding of audience needs, strategic messaging, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. I was also instrumental in establishing a statewide Residential Home Builders Coalition, showcasing my ability to forge partnerships that advance our mission.
