Through my experience as Division Director at Ajilon Professional Staffing, I have worked with hundreds of hiring managers and job seekers to help successfully bring the two together, and have extensive knowledge of business sales and relationship management.At Ajilon I specialized in selection and placement of administrative, operations, and human resources professionals for non-profits, associations, and corporate businesses in the Washington, DC area. I also managed an incredible search team and consulted with job seekers looking for help making their next career move. I started in the business as a recruiter with TRAK Services working directly with job seekers and helping them to find contract and full-time positions. I was promoted after three years to Accounting Principals -- the firm's accounting and finance temporary search team where I managed all business development efforts for the group. After a year in that role I transitioned back over to Ajilon and worked with their direct hire search team.

As a result of the extensive recruiting and placement industry knowledge I gained at TRAK Services, Ajilon, the parent company overseeing both TRAK and API gave me an incredible opportunity to work as a Business Development Manager for Accounting Principals. In this role I partnered and consulted with Washington-based offices seeking to add strong mid and entry level accounting and finance professionals to their staff.

While interning in Senator Casey's Harrisburg and Washington offices I assisted the Foreign Relations Committee. I attended Committee Meetings and prepared briefing notes for advisers, researched issues related to foreign affairs policies, drafted constituent response letters, and answered constituent phone calls and voice-mails
