- Advise students interested in careers in the healthcare and non-profit fields- Establish connections with faculty, local organizations and other staff members to increase the opportunities for our students- Conduct mock interviews and resume critiques for students as they prepare for the work force and graduate school- Present to student organizations and classes on job search materials, Career Fair preparation, internship and career search strategies, and graduate school preparation- Design presentations and workshops for students to get them excited and engaged in the quest to find the right career path- Organize the registration for over 700 teaching and administrative candidates for the UNI Overseas Recruiting Services for Educators- Update procedures and materials constantly to make things easy to understand and reduce paper waste- Design advertisements and registration materials with Quark and Publisher- Supervise 10-12 undergraduate students and 1-3 graduate-level practicum students- Recruit and train the Guides to work one-on-one with other students helping those students with resumes and mock interviews- Conduct weekly training sessions on special topics such as how to assist international students, student athletes and alumni

- Networked with hundreds of employers across the state to promote UNI students- Coordinated on-campus interviews for employers seeking students for internships and full-time positions- Organized over 500 on-campus interviews for over 60 employers each year- Built strong relationships with individual recruiters to increase their participation at UNI
