Supporting the WinShape Camps - Atlanta (Communities, Girls Camp, and various Support Services) teams by providing administrative support including; payroll, onboarding, booking meeting rooms, scheduling events, booking travel, event planning, registering visitors, maintaining office supplies, and processing invoices. I directly support the WinShape Camps for Communities and WinShape Camps for Girls directors by processing their monthly expense reports, personal reimbursements, scheduling and coordinating meetings, booking travel, and other needs as they arise. Plan and coordinate all logistical needs for leadership meetings and special events such as planning retreats and team celebrations. Serve as the administrator for systems such as Microsoft SharePoint, TimeClock, Zoom, Adobe Creative Cloud, Eventbrite, Mailchimp, etc. Facilitate finance training for new full-time staff including; coding expenses, reconciling credit card statements, and submitting personal reimbursements through Oracle. Serve as key internal communicator and liaison for WinShape Camps for Communities and WinShape Camps for Girls across the Foundation. (e.g. Accounting, Talent Services, etc.)Lead the Special Events work sub-team, Culture and Celebration, in writing new plans to create equitable celebration across WinShape Camps year-round staff as a whole. Plan and execute celebrations that span the whole WinShape Camps year-round staff - ie. Christmas Party, Celebration Dinner after Camp, Chick-fil-A Appreciation, and Work Anniversary Milestone Celebrations.
