My 15 years working within Scottish Widows at Lloyds Banking Group, have taken me from IFA Servicing, and Debt Recovery, through to managing Health Claims and Bereavements Teams. Finally making my way into Change Management and Business Readiness within Insurance Pensions and Investments. As I look back on my career to date, I can pin point the moment when I realised that I had a passion for delivering change, and I feel very lucky and proud to be working in the Business Delivery Team within IP&ICOO at Lloyds Banking Group. After 4 years within this team, I have successfully moved into the Business Readiness Leadership role, and I can’t wait to help my team achieve their best, and support the business in the future.
