Naturopathic Doctor registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. As a primary care practitioner I am trained to assess and address both the acute and chronic care needs of a diverse population and promote preventative care. I have a special interest in digestive health, stress and mood management, and the role of hormones on mental and reproductive health. I am particularly interested in helping patients navigate the transition periods of adolescence, pregnancy and menopause. I have extensive experience treating pain and building long term resilience to chronic conditions. I support an evidence-informed, integrative model for health care and want to build stronger networks for allied care providers so that we can deliver more seamless, collaborative care to improve the patient and provider experience. Serving communities virtually across Ontario and in person in the Junction. Lifelong learner with strong background in reflective practice and person-centred care.
