Current• Responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship of the German management companies (KVG's) in conjunction with the institutional client management team.• Completed 38.5% of total EMEA Transition events in the 2022 calendar year.• Managing portfolio events including launch of new funds, custodian changes, new accounts on-boarding, benchmark/strategy changes, in kind transfers and terminations.• Managing communication related to portfolio events across internal and external stakeholders.• Responsible for researching and implementing new operational processes and procedures.• Responsible for a variety of legal tasks; including but not limited to regulatory requests, due diligencequestionnaires, reviewing Operating Memorandums and SLA’s.• Developed a standardized due diligence process to streamline the workflow for the 2022 calendar year.
