Participating on pre-opening processes and creation of front desk procedures.Process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.

- Daily review /control of the booked reservations- Managing statistics and charts- Billing & accounting and Operative management- Support of the company internal quality policy- Customer service and guest relation throughout their stay- Support with the commercial relations of the hotel with tourism agencies- Creation and monitoring of new alliances with other hotels, restaurants, cultural centers, etc...

Maintaining work areas clean, safe and organized while also helping with preparation of the meals.

- Assisting reception colleagues- Giving guests information about hostel regulations, explain hostel facilities to arriving guests.- Checking guests in and out- Helping customers- Providing information for guests- Promoting and informing the guests about daily/weekly activities.- Helping reception and bar with their daily tasks. (customer service)

This part time job taught me how to be perfectionist, very organized and how to do my work as best as I can in the shortest time possible. Tight every day contact with guests and employees showed me, how the whole hotel industry is working, what is very helpful for my studies and my work future.
