My first and third degrees are in Computer Science and this has allowed me to keep my technology knowledge current whilst predominantly working in business roles. 🧩 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝘀 - I quickly identify and understand complex problems and develop collaborative solutions, creating cohesive working relationships. This is helped as I am have broad product expertise across banking, credit and investments.🎓 A member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments with a Level 6 diploma.👥 I am passionate about coaching individuals and building diverse, high performing teams. My proudest contributions to Barclays are as part of the Gender Network Committee and co-chair of the workstream that set up pre and post maternity groups and launched the careers week both of which are still going strong over 10 years later.
