Using research to advance gender equity in business and empower women to excel as entrepreneurs and leaders.As the Assistant Director of Global Research & Ecosystem Development, I manage all aspects of research administration for the Diana International Research Institute (DIRI), a global network of scholars and practitioners dedicated to advancing research on women's entrepreneurship. I also organize the annual DIRI Conference that attracts stakeholders from 25+ countries to exchange innovative ideas, discuss cutting-edge research, and suggest policy recommendations for the field. I serve as Managing Editor of Conference Proceedings.I am currently co-authoring a paper on resource orchestration amongst micro-enterprises and the gender gap as well as a 3-part business case study on a leading woman entrepreneur. I have contributed to several publications on: internationalization and higher education, micro-credentials, and creative and innovative thinking in school systems in partnership with the OECD, the IAU, and the Center for International Higher Education. I have strong skills in comparative research, teaching, writing, and policy analysis, particularly in International Higher Education.
