Having built a high performing team, I steer a 5-year marketing revenue generation plan to impact portfolio growth and overall geographic expansion. I lead global and regional growth plans to amplify our market position, drive guaranteed consideration, customer preference and demand for our services/solutions by engaging across the customer journey. Throughout the establishment of the marketing function I have built robust senior stakeholder relationships to give marketing a voice in the company and influence buy-in to our path forward.• Over the last 18months I championed for and led a massive global purpose-led rebrand, which saw six companies falling under one new company ‘Boldyn Networks’ with new purpose and brand. It included end to end strategic and visual development (first-of-its-kind use of AI to create and shape the visual identity), employee and market engagement programmes and a full business transformation programme.
