The stories you share can bring people together and build a stronger community. Before jumping into my consulting career, I spent 12 years working within nonprofits in a variety of roles and know exactly how much weight the "other duties as assigned" line in a job description carries. I've spent that last 6 years championing the good work of people who are creating lasting change through the way they serve others, whether it's in nonprofit work or as a small business owner. When you and I work together, you get: 💥Creative Solutions:I've tried out a ton of stuff and know what does and doesn't work for nonprofit engagement & donor communications. I want to create solutions that fit within your budget, can be easily maintained, are visually appealing, and get others excited about the work you do. 💥Mental Health Expertise:I have a MS in Counseling Psychology, years of crisis social work experience, and a knack for simplifying the complexities of our human experience into relatable content. More importantly, my storytelling style is trauma-informed, ensuring that the people you serve are cared for as they share their experience and their dignity & safety are honored at all times. 💥A Fresh Perspective:I'm an outsider and haven't heard your message a billion times like you and your staff have. I'll help to rework your brand messaging to feel fresh & reflect the impact you have quickly & effectively.HOW TO WORK TOGETHER:🍰 Fractional CMOExpert marketing & communications support to develop a strategic marketing plan, automate your systems, overhaul your brand messaging, and grow an eager donor base.🎨 Brand & Web DesignYour website is your digital home. It needs to communicate who you are and what you're all about (in an instant) & be manageable because you have more important things to do. I'll help you create your website AND teach you how to keep it looking fresh.💌 Annual ReportsOh, the annual report. Donors & board members expect it and while it can feel like a beast of a project, it truly can be leveraged as a relationship building tool that showcases just how big of an impact you made this year. 🗓️ Design DaysThis is a whole day dedicated to YOU and your boldest goals. We can work on visual design projects, copywriting for emails, marketing strategy, brand messaging, website updates, you name it!💻 Online CoursesDesigned for really busy and motivated leaders who are feeling a need to shift how they talk about their work, expand their audience, and grow their income.

Brand And Web Designer | CeoImpactful Mama | Impactful Kids Club Jul 2021 - PresentWww.Impactfulmama.ComAt the core of all the work I do is my personal mission to support others who are doing good things in our world through marketing, website, and brand development, and do this through two sister companies: Project Big Impact and Impactful Mama. Project Big Impact supports social service nonprofits with a suite of fundraising-driven marketing strategies and Impactful Mama is for moms who are juggling it all as small business owners and need brand and website development with a side of coaching and compassion. I believe that there is magic in the messiness of life, lead by authentic example, and are inclusive and accessible, in both who and how we serve. I help working moms to feel capable, supported, and empowered to chase their dreams while raising our littles who make it all worthwhile. As a mom myself, I want my kids to learn about entrepreneurship and philanthropy right alongside me and they have been a catalyst for the creation of our first product—the Impactful Kids Club! This is a business startup kit for kids that includes all of the materials to make and sell adorable 10 keychains, draft a business plan, create their own marketing materials, learn financial literacy skills, and make a plan to contribute to a nonprofit of their choice. This idea came from my 5 year old daughter, Ada, who rescued an abandoned baby quail in April and wanted to raise and donate her own money to the local bird rescue that we took “Rosie” to. Keeping true to our values, we will be donating a portion of every purchase to a nonprofit of Ada's choice. We’re instilling a culture of generosity in the next generation of our children, as they see us working to help better the world, they know they can do the same.
