Programme Manager and Change Manager in the financial industry, focussed on strategic change and assisting the Management Board realise their strategic initiatives and imperatives. Working within a Change Team we have devised a Change Management Framework to assist the Firm with their projects, for which we either offer consultation or manage directly if related to strategic goals. I have previously work on programmes related to our operating model, GDPR, internal governance, system implementations and client delivery, managing the full programme / project lifecycle. An advocate of workplace wellbeing I facilitated the Hymans Wellbeing Programme 2019 working with an external Wellbeing Consultant. We covered the topics of Movement, Nutrition, Sleep and Mental Wellbeing. I'm also a mental health first aider. In my spare time you'll find me in the theatre, in a forest, or making craft chocolate from bean to bar.
