• Responsible for Talent Acquisition life-cycle management from A-Z for different departments including various banking and non-banking functions.• Full cycle candidate management (internal and external) from evaluation, interviewing by using state of the art tools to offer negotiation. • Responsible for international local hires and –transfers.• Usage and promotion of modern recruiting tools such as online tests and structured interviews. • Build up and maintain strong client relationships, act as recruitment advisor and partner with HR Business Partners and other SME’s to deliver value-added service to client population.• Collaboration with Hiring Managers to design and implement optimal sourcing strategies for their businesses, leveraging various internal and external sourcing strategies.
