I also have a master’s degree in creative nonfiction writing and a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Interdisciplinary Practice Theory. These academic experiences, combined with 20+ years of small-business management, have shaped my approach to storytelling—where research and narrative converge.As a communication expert with training in diversity & inclusion, trauma-informed teaching, emotional intelligence, nonviolent communication, and innovative healthcare models, I bring a holistic perspective to both my editorial and freelance work.My freelance work encompasses multiple fields, with a focus on supporting organizations and individuals dedicated to the arts and humanitarian efforts.
