• Management of the school financial resources, producing financial information for all stakeholders, including the local authority and governors.

• Managing stock takes and investigating all variances, introducing a perpetual stock management system for Serck Aviation which significantly reduced stock losses, with an average stock of £1.7 million stock losses went.
• Completing Project appraisal forms, including one for the North American subsidiary, which was projected generate £1.2 million in additional revenue and increase Serck Aviations share of the Overhaul and Repair market.

• Secondment to a team tasked with reducing the level of unbilled and disputed sales invoices. During the three months the team of four resolved and collected £8m wroth of sales.
