Having lived and worked on the East Coast (NYC), West Coast (Cali) and now the Central Coast (Houston), I've collected 22 years of experience working in a smorgasbord of industries and accumulated a wealth of experience. I've dabbled beauty, energy, construction, manufacturing, non-profits, oil and gas – and many more – but my true passion lays squarely in health and wellness. I am a "retired" yoga teacher.
