Working as an educator allowed me to better understand the practical implementations and practices of educational theory in the real world. This practical expertise has been transferred to my current career as a Communication Manager at Lecturio GmbH which is a company that produces educational content and services to support Health Professions Education. At Lecturio, my previous expertise is being incorporated in current projects and webinars that we as a Learning Science team are working on, along with the marketing skills that I am developing day after day at Lecturio. As a MedEd learning specialist at the All American Institute of Medical sciences, I’m trying to enhance the learning experience of medical students by ensuring that they get the academic coaching they need and that they are learning through optimal educational platforms that can guarantee them a successful learning experience. Medical school can be overwhelming but with the proper implementation of Learning Science concepts, along with strategic planning at the faculty & administrative level, a lot can be achieved in the favor of our future doctors!
