I will be coaching teams in agile values and principles, while dipping into frameworks and tools that will help our development teams meet objectives. My favorite part of this transition will be leveraging my time as an IT customer and partner to help demystify the customer experience and strengthen the ties between business and IT teams.

We completed the most successful IT implementation at our Distribution Control Center in 2021 with the rollout of PSE's new DSCADA. Hypercare was completed early as we reached the milestones for application stability and user adoption ahead of schedule. This role has allowed me to develop the 4 P's. the ability to paint a Picture of where we want to go, help others understand the Purpose of going there, lay out a Plan for how to achieve it, and explain the Part for them to play.

My work in this role consistently defies the title. I've gone from being responsible for a utility OMS (Outage Management System) network model to leading the charge on our new ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management System) for our Control Center in terms of people readiness, process improvement, and training. The consistent factor has been leading my team in the Operational Technology sphere to drive towards the customer service aspect. *Assist operations witness with overall tone and narrative of general testimony and grid modernization exhibit including working with planning engineers to gather data and facts about various grid modernization programs, populating and maintaining a data source inventory of numbers/figures in exhibits, reviewing similar filings and providing feedback on how they might apply to our situation.*Directly edit testimony and exhibits for flow, grammar, and striking the right balance between detail and length.*Review testimony of other witnesses for consistency where topics overlap or have dependency.
