Responsible for delivering robust, actionable and commercial insight to drive customer-centric decision making at M&S, with stakeholders including (but not limited to) Marketing, Buying, Merchandising, Digital, Store Design, Plan A and Retail teams. Alongside end-to-end delivery of ad-hoc projects and management of tracking studies, other accountabilities include:- Design and launch of a customer immersion programme for the Senior Leadership Team- Management of customer community panel- Human Rights committee representative- Smarter Working representative

Responsible for several brand & communications and customer experience projects from 18 market global brand trackers to smaller ad-hoc projects. Created story-driven, consultative reports to provide actionable recommendations to clients to answer key strategic questions. Used creative reporting techniques to illustrate findings in a clear, concise and visually appealing way.Co-ordinated with both external stakeholders (clients, media agencies, creative agencies) and internal departments to ensure projects were delivered successfully. Product champion for consumer-brand relationships, sharing knowledge and expertise. Trained, coached and mentored junior team members. Won a GfK award for developing strong client relationships.

As part of the Graduate Scheme, was trained at all stages of the project life-cycle from brief to deliverables, including both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Passed the MRS Advanced Certificate qualification (with a Merit in the exam).
