Sarah practises in Dispute Resolution with a focus on workplace health & safety and employment relations. She has participated in all aspects of litigation, including alternative dispute resolution. Sarah has been involved in the conduct of matters in the Local, District, Supreme and Federal Courts as well as Fair Work Australia, the Civil and Administrative Tribunal and New South Wales Industrial Relations Commission.Sarah has provided clients with practical and commercial advice and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Federal Courts and the High Court of Australia.In addition to her legal practice, Sarah has an interest in the fields of disability advocacy and equal opportunity.
