My experience in Fashion/ Retail/ Technology/ Finance and Law gives me versatility and a proven track record of gaining trust and confidence to deliver on project objectives.• HR Consultant at Proactive – Leading a global project on Culture, Change & Employee Engagement with this ambitious and fast growing business. • HR Consultant at the Fold – I led the People Strategy at the Fold for 4 years, achieving 60% revenue growth and navigating the complexities of Brexit and the Covid pandemic.• People Lead at Narrative – Working with PE investors, I was the People Lead on the purchase of Narrative from Sony Pictures Entertainment, and subsequently set up the HR function at Narrative.• Global HR experience – I have worked at PwC & Allen & Overy in Australia. My role was to lead all HR aspects on the buyer side, working in partnership with SPE, legal teams, and the investors in New York. I led the TUPE consultation on the buyer side and set up employment conditions, benefits and systems ahead of completion. Since the sale, I worked in partnership with Narrative Entertainment's Leadership Team to set up and manage their People. I have now recruited a permanent HR manager and will complete my handover in January 2022, stepping back from Narrative Entertainment to pursue other projects. -
