In this role I design and implement trauma-informed, inclusive and scalable district wide systems for supporting students with behavioral and mental health challenges. Some key achievements include: • Championing the academic and personal success of 100+ students while achieving 2.8K KPI's over a seven-year period by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to formulate and execute data-driven and scalable behavior management and crisis prevention as well as intervention programs and tools.• Supporting students and families during a mental health crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic by lobbying for the establishment of a 'Mental Health Liaison' role to expedite access to mental and behavioral health resources for over 50 families and over 100 learners.• Impacting the professional development of educators and administrators by creating curriculum and facilitating trauma-informed and DEI-sensitive training workshops resulting in a reduced need for crisis interventions and the enhancement of student outcomes.• Augmenting the quality of care at Merrick UFSD by engineering automated intake systems to enhance data tracking for the scheduling and prioritization of urgent care enabling the implementation of continuous process improvements.• Being headhunted by a public school as the first behavior specialist hired in New York State for showcasing proven ability to successfully overhaul organizational deficits and being highly recommended by industry leaders.

Some key achievements include: • Championing DEI by leveraging the Adobe Creative Cloud software to design community outreach videos, children's storybooks, presentations, and storyboards aimed at engaging historically marginalized communities.• Spearheading the professional development of special education providers by formulating and presenting bespoke and hybrid CEU on applied behavioral analysis, mental health, and DEI.• Bolstering community engagement for underserved populations by developing online certification courses and writing social emotional-based stories for children, personnel, and families.• Boosting customer acquisition and brand awareness by facilitating global presentations as a subject matter expert on topics, including DEI, mental health, ABA, and special education.

In this role I engineered a web-based, desktop, and mobile app to aid students pursuing global licensure courses, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT®s) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA®s, BACB®s). This involved producing and publishing branded instructional videos and assessments to assist learners with preparing for examinations. Some key achievements include: • Boosting the overall exam pass rate by 3% after one year of launching ABA Test Prep by designing the first global curriculum for multiple licensing tests with no previously recorded test prep material.• Influencing business development by carrying out multi-level data discovery, analysis, and visualization to provide insights informing the strategic decision-making process.• Increasing sales and client retention by using A/B testing, funnel analytics, and data integration tools to introduce evidence-based product improvements.• Safeguarding compliance with regulatory standards and national legislation by training staff and offering technical support while continuously conducting research into industry advancements.

The main focus of CSID is the development of intellectual & social skills in a group setting for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. CSID will have an all-encompassing co-curricular program that will target the most important skills necessary for children on the autism spectrum. In general, group settings have a very limited emphasis on incorporating social skills. The successful individual is able to navigate both social and academic environments. CSID creates the opportunity to develop and master these valuable skills needed for lifelong success. The combination of these valuable skills are imperative to teach our children so that they are able to function to their best ability and be adaptable across all their environments to be successful in life.In this role I guided the establishment of start-up by devising professional development courses for Centre Leaders on authoring grant proposals, securing consistent donors, and effectively backing diverse students while developing and instituting staff, budget, and financial management policies and procedures.A key achievement includes: • Advocating for DEI by overhauling and restructuring the existing curriculum to better serve underrepresented populations.
