Supply Chain Services Analyst
Current**Heavily involved with the GPO new member implementation process for both MedSurg and Pharmacy lines of business. - Key responsibilities for Pharmacy include: Analyze new member’s previous Rx purchasing data and spending trends that helps determine the appropriate supplier program to enroll in; communicate with suppliers to confirm members are tied to Premier contracts and have access to Rx portfolio pricing; conduct wholesaler meetings in regards to the contract load process; pull spend reports after member go-live to identify price discrepancies and follow up with suppliers/wholesalers to ensure accurate pricing is loaded and any credits/rebills are sent where appropriate.- Key responsibilities for MedSurg include: Analyze PO line item data submitted by members to determine current product usage & cost through data mining, cross-referencing, and pricing application, incorporating contract details, bench-marking and clinical considerations; Consult with customer and gather requirements for new requests and determine the appropriate analytical solution; Demonstrate ownership of data collection, analysis and reporting processes and engage in ongoing process improvement activity. **Develop and prepare regular spend analytic reports and identify areas of opportunity for further contract compliance and utilization.** Standardize, manipulate and analyze complex new member data sets requiring advanced excel/access program knowledge, analytical skills, and strong working knowledge of database environments.** Responsible for developing training tools/guides to help expedite the training process for incoming new hires.**Serves as liaison for Premier project managers, directors, suppliers and wholesalers to identify/resolve any price discrepancies and ensure correct pricing is solidified prior to project completion.
