She is the CEO of The Saul Silbert Charitable Trust, a small 501c3 family foundation whose mission is to create local hubs and replicable models for humanistic and regenerative economies. Sarah was head of the People function at Gilder, Gagnon, Howe and Co., a stock investment company; ran a small business incubator; gave a talk on the TED stage; and contributed to the growth and impact of student-success efforts reaching millions of youth through LitWorld, Columbia University and The College Board. Prior to receiving her Masters in Counseling and her work in education, she worked in publishing as an Acquisitions Editor at Random House, and got her entrepreneurial start working with Seth Godin at his book packaging company, Seth Godin Productions.
