With over ten years of experience as a corporate lawyer, I have developed a strong expertise in corporate, securities, and healthcare law, as well as a passion for improving the quality of life for patients with complex and chronic conditions. As Assistant General Counsel at Option Care Health, I support the legal needs of the largest independent provider of home and alternate site infusion services in the United States. I am motivated by the mission and vision of Option Care Health, and I strive to bring a diverse and collaborative perspective to the legal team, as well as to contribute to the company's growth and innovation.In my current role, I advise on a wide range of legal matters, including securities law, contracts, compliance, and regulatory issues. I also head up the enterprise-wise environmental, social and governance (ESG) program. I leverage my previous experience as a senior associate at Latham & Watkins, where I represented financial institutions and corporate borrowers in various secured debt transactions, and gained significant experience in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents, managing deals, and resolving issues in various areas of law. I enjoy working with cross-functional teams, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering high-quality legal solutions that support the company's strategic objectives.
