Amba supports HR teams and business owners with technology, expert advice and consulting services including employee benefits and workplace wellbeing. I co-founded the workplace wellbeing department at Amba, developing the check, plan, and deliver model of workplace wellbeing. I worked with HR directors to deliver and analyse wellbeing surveys, including advising on wellbeing plans. I managed the sales of the department, seeking and responding to new leads to generate business. I account managed key clients, building strong business relationships and identifying new products to address customer and market requirements.Amba’s workplace wellbeing department won the best mental health and wellbeing strategy award at the Health Insurers awards.

Bristol Pound is a CIC which developed the first local currency to have digital and paper money. I advised on various HR projects including recruitment, job descriptions and salary reviews.

Support Through Court (STC) supports people who can't afford a lawyer through some of the most stressful situations any of us may face; bankruptcy, eviction, deportation or loss of contact with children. I set up and managed a pilot project to provide trained volunteers to support people representing themselves in all civil and family courts and tribunals in Greater London. I built strong relationships with courts and tribunals to promote the service, including delivering talks and presentations to the judiciary and third sector organisations. I recruited, trained and managed a team of 50 volunteers to run the service at courts.

Duncan Lewis Solicitors are an award winning national law firm, serving both corporate and individual clients in over 25 areas of law.I managed a caseload of over 60 clients, advising them both on the phone and face-to-face about their immigration cases. I studied in my own time and passed the Immigration and Asylum Accreditation, allowing me to advise on more complex cases including at detention centres and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children.
