I am incredibly passionate about diabetes care and education. I take pride in my practical approach to translating and communicating health information. I love to delve into the "how" and "why" just as much as the "what". Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than helping clients achieve their goals; I can't imagine doing anything else!By day, I am a registered dietitian nutritionist, certified diabetes care and education specialist, and board-certified in advanced diabetes management. My professional experience spans more than 10 years in clinical trials, community/primary care, and specialty endocrinology. From grant writing and program management to remote patient monitoring and insulin pump training—every day brings a new challenge. I especially love helping clients optimize their diabetes technology.By night, I am an advocate for diabetes care and education professionals. I serve on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Chapter of the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (ADCES). I am honored to be recognized as Colorado's 2022 Diabetes Educator of the Year. When I’m not in the office, you can find me enjoying the Denver sunshine with my husband and son.
