The Market Center Administrator (MCA) is responsible for keeping the office and the Team Leader on track and productive. He or she maintains personal working relationships with associates and interacts with them on a daily basis. The MCA also helps with any miscellaneous projects and brainstorms ways to help improve the Market Center both financially and operationally. Think of the MCA as the Market Center’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer.The MCA wears many hats. The MCA’s job responsibilities cover three specific areas: Accounting, Operation and Administration, and Support of agent/associates, team leader and staff.

The Assistant MCA is involved with clerical, financial, administrative, agent associates, and managerial parties on an ongoing daily basis. They will also be tasked with supporting the MCA and agents. The Assistant MCA is an individual that has moderate levels of assertiveness, sociability, and flexibility. They will not be a risk taker, but rather thorough and cautious in their actions/decisions with personal self-structure and a strong sense of urgency. The Assistant MCA has a job-specific skills that include experience in accurate banking and/or accounting services, computerized bookkeeping and general computer experience, and excellent administrative skills. They must be task oriented, detail oriented, calm under pressure, general office skills, and purchasing knowledge.
