- Underwriting Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) deals located across upper Manhattan and the Bronx using the Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) model on excel. - Asset managing multiple building portfolios of over 600 units and tracking the monthly management reports, legal cases, tenant maintenance requests, building violations, and capital expenses. Leading site walkthroughs with the building supers and reviewing yearly inspections, building maintenance, and roof conditions.- Assisting in marketing by creating company brochures, organizational charts, and revamping the company website.

- Managed and tracked finances on Excel to accurately calculate project costs. Categorized vendor expenses to track office spendings and property spendings. - Built out ProForma templates and acquisition pipelines on Excel and created investor pitch decks with Powerpoint. Conducted bid leveling with multiple contractor quotes. - Drafted tenant leasing templates, welcome packages, and guarantor / co-signer agreements.
