As an advanced Systemic Coach and Organisational Constellations practitioner, my transformational work with leaders and teams is deep and intuitive using embodied and creative processes to grow next generation leadership capacity. Synthesising systemic practice, theory U, spiral dynamics, mindfulness practices and wisdom traditions, I draw on a range of future-fit methodologies and tools that are designed to help organisations achieve their greatest impact. My evolutionary principles rest on sound knowledge and draw on 35 years’ experience of traditional skills in business development, strategy, communications, change process and community engagement across a range of industries. My relationship with clients is warm and supportive, founded on deep trust. Our work together can generate profound shifts and powerful creative flows. I support the next generation of facilitators and coaches through delivering Systemic Practitioner Trainings as an Associate of The Whole Partnership. A pioneer and advocate for doing business differently, I am a regular facilitator at international conscious business conferences and a member of the Good Business Club. I was a founding Director of Forest Row Community Energy Co-Op. I have been practising and teaching in the Nichiren Buddhism lineage for the last 10 years.We have just moved to Scotland! It's incredible! The people are warm and friendly and I am loving a slower pace and deeper connection to nature. In our first week we've had hares and deer outside the kitchen window and a red kite nearly fly into me on my morning walk.
