Manage design for several of our insurance brands and websites, Beauty & Bodywork Insurance, Full Frame Insurance, Pet Care Insurance, and our Universal Trade Alliance association. I work on high level strategy with PMM's, Product & Developers, SEO's, Paid Media partners, and Content Writers to create a variety of design solutions for websites, assets, and our apps.My day-to-day looks a lot like designing assets and workflows in Figma, implementing and updating designs and content in WordPress, creating brand guidelines, mentoring junior designers, building out department playbooks of best practices in Notion, attending strategy calls, spearheading AB testing initiatives, and setting design centric revenue goals and projections and sharing with key stakeholders.
