My name is Sarah Fraser.I founded Happiness Express to coach people and teams towards happiness and high performance.Happiness Express Coaching is built on the belief that when we create a healthy mind-set of focusing on the positives, we allow ourselves and our people to shine. When we are encouraged, supported and challenged to understand and develop our core strengths, it brings a sense of happiness and purpose that allows us to perform at our best which in turn brings success for the organisation.I work with individuals and organisations, coaching one-to-one in person and via Zoom worldwide. I also run group workshops and facilitate team meetings. I also hold a BA(hons) in Business and Marketing.As a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) I keep in touch with the latest insights in the profession and continue to develop my expertise in line with the highest coaching standards. I am fully accredited as a Master Certified Coach with the ICF.My style of coaching is to help you find your own solutions. I use open questions and various simple exercises to help you find your way.
