Promoted from Parent Marketing Coordinator, I maintained my portfolio responsibilities but additionally managed the Parent Enquiry Team and took on a number of business-critical projects; Led the rebrand of the company signage. Ensuring the successful implementation of the learning enhancements into all nurseries across the portfolio School Readiness Survey- Work closely with Early Years to prepare the survey, communicate to operations and launch survey with parents Redfish (Family Management System)- Working closely with the Redfish team to test the system, train the wider Marketing team, identify and implement fundamental development areas and become the system matter expert for the sales/enquiry process. I was also responsible for regularly reviewing the sales/enquiry policy, processes and training material.  New Nursery Marketing- Coordinating the marketing initiatives for new nurseries in Crouch End, Wimbledon and Abingdon.  Managed the Parent Enquiry Team on a day to day basis ensuring they meet the KPI’s set.

With a portfolio of nurseries, I support Nursery Managers in all aspects of Marketing from outreach for prospective families to retention for our current families including Open Days, Lunch & Learns, Parent Partnerships and the promotion of our in house initiatives- Ready for School & Growing Readers.Additional Projects; Part of the Digital Media Strategy Team to develop and implement a new website. This involved the vendor process and design and content layout.  Social Media Rollout - Get buy in from the Management Team to introduce Social Media across the business as part of our Digital Media Strategy Ready for School Mobile App- Joint Project Manager to develop an industry leading Apple and Android App with activities to support parents in preparing their children from school. Event Management- Organised the annual awards ceremonies for the Support Offices. Supported the US Events team to ensure the annual Leadership Conference for Nursery Managers ran smoothly.  Fundraising for Bright Horizons Foundation for Children- Coordinated fundraising events to raise money including the annual Golf Day and Shoe Box Appeal.
