Sarah Joyce Smith is a MBA Candidate at ESADE | Forté Fellow | Banking. She successfully managed the challenge of combining her work with a rigorous program of studies. In my role of Events Coordinator, I worked closely with Sarah, who was in charge of planning evening activities for our 400+ new students during their first week at EHL, also known as IntroWeek. Sarah also assisted me in all planning and coordination tasks. She was a precious team member who helped ensure that IntroWeek remains an excellent start for our new students and that they are well introduced to the EHL community. Sarah is a quick learner, she is efficient and responsible. She always finished her work on time. I particularly appreciated the way in which she remained calm and prioritized things despite the pressure and time constraints we had preparing and running this major event.
