I specialize in creating a diverse and positive workplace culture for employees to grow and thrive in. To achieve this mission, I offer training for 600 employees on various soft skills such as: unconscious bias, customer service, emotional intelligence, stress management, problem-solving, and critical thinking. I created, designed, and implemented the very first City of Victoria Leadership Academy which is an ongoing academy with sessions every fall and spring.
